Event Description:
Prediabetes is a condition in which blood sugar levels are higher than normal but not high enough to be classified as diabetes. Prediabetes is reversible, and lifestyle modification is one of the best ways to do it. Kate Foster, Education Coordinator for WSU-Extension, will share some support ideas to use for reversing prediabetes and general wellness strategies for Aging Well, at Lynden Community/Senior Center
